By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read everything carefully before proceeding. I reserve the right to decline any commission that makes me feel uncomfortable. Finished artworks (with watermark) may be shared on my social media unless requested otherwise. If you need me to delay posting for an event, feel free to inform me. DO NOT use my artwork for AI / NFT.✦PAYMENTS✦
Full payment is required upfront via PayPal. Payment must be done in less than a week after I have submitted the proposal.✦REVISIONS✦
You are entitled to two major revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee. After the final piece is completed, only minor edits (like color adjustments) will be allowed.✦DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✦
The minimum turnaround time is one week, but it may extend up to a month depending on my workload. If you have a specific deadline, please notify me in advance. Rush orders are available with an additional fee.✦USAGE RIGHTS✦
I retain full ownership and rights to all commissioned artwork. The commissioned piece is for personal use only, unless commercial rights have been purchased. Clients are welcome to share the artwork on personal platforms with proper credit.✦ COMMERCIAL USE✦
All base prices are for personal use only. Commercial usage requires an additional fee. Please inform me ahead of time if this is your intention.✦IMPORTANT✦
No refunds. All prices listed are final. Any platform and payment fees (including VGen and PayPal) are already included in the commission price

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Fill out the commission request form on my VGen.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me through VGen DM.2. I will send you a commission proposal.
Payment must be made within 7 days after the proposal is submitted.3. Once the payment is confirmed, I will begin the sketch.
You’ll receive updates: sketch, 50% and 100% progress.
You're allowed up to 2 major revisions, any additional major revision will be charged $4 each.
Minor changes are free.4. The final artwork will be completed within 1–2 weeks and delivered in .jpg or .png format via VGen or email.
